هشت دانش‌آموز دبيرستان موفق به دريافت گواهينامه از «سازمان همكاري بين‌المللي تحقيقات نجومي» در «كمپين جست و جوي سيارك» شدند
بهراد عابدي، دانيال شجاعي نژاد، محمد‌ارميا كوشا، سورنا حسني، ياشار نصري، اميرحسين خوانين‌زاده، آرتين صحرايي و باراد كديور دانش‌آموزان فعال در گروه پژوهشي نجوم پس از گذرندن آموزش‌هاي ويژه با دريافت تصاوير ارسالي از فضا و آناليز و تحليل آنها موفق به كشف و گزارش اجرام مشكوك گرديدند.
دانش‌آموزان علامه حلي ۶ با افتخار توانستند در زمره بهترين گروه‌ها از نظر تعداد گزارش اجرام مشكوك شوند.كمپين جستجوي سيارك توسط سازمان «همكاري بين‌المللي تحقيقات نجومي» با همكاري ۱۷ مركز تحقيقاتي، دانشگاه،گروه و رصدخانه برگزار و هدايت مي‌شود. هرساله ۵۰۰ گروه داوطلب از ۶۰ كشور دنيا در اين برنامه شركت مي‌كنند. شركت‌كنندگان مشاهدات مهمي از اجرام نزديك به زمين انجام مي‌دهند.
هدف اين برنامه كمك گرفتن از افراد علاقه‌مند براي شناسايي و تعيين موقعيت سيارك‌ها و اجرام نزديك به زمين از پيش كشف شده و هم‌چنين كشف اجرام جديد است. سيارك‌ها از آن جهت كه ممكن است به خورشيد يا به زمين نزديك شوند بسيار مهم هستند. به‌علاوه سيارك‌ها براي بررسي و محاسبات مربوط به حركت ساير اجرام آسماني نيز سودمند هستند. نكته جالب توجه ديگر اين‌كه سيارك‌ها داراي مواد معدني گران‌بهايي هستند و امروزه بحث بهره‌برداري از آنها بسيار مورد توجه قرار گرفته است
